All workshop and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable where the cancellation or change of mind is initiated by the customer. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for missed sessions or change of mind once a booking is confirmed.
Cancellations or rescheduling by Craft Hour If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the choice of:
A full refund to your original payment method, or
A transfer to the rescheduled date or an alternative session
We will notify you as soon as possible via the email address provided at booking if an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Monthly Subscription Box
Pay-as-you-go subscribers
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before your next billing date. No refund is issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
Prepaid subscribers (3, 6, or 12 month plans)
Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once the term has commenced. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
Damaged, faulty, or missing items
If your subscription box arrives with damaged items, contains a faulty item, or is missing contents, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Change of mind
As our subscription boxes are curated and dispatched on a set schedule, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once a box has been dispatched.
How to contact us
For all refund or cancellation requests, please reach out to us at crafthour@outlook.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
