Japanese Kokedama Plant
Watering
Submerge your Kokedama ball in a bowl or sink of water for 10–15 minutes, or until bubbles no longer rise to the surface. Do this every 1–2 weeks, or when the moss ball feels light and dry. Allow it to drain fully before hanging.
Light
Place in bright, indirect light. Avoid harsh direct sunlight which can dry out the moss and scorch the plant.
Humidity
Mist the moss ball lightly between waterings to maintain humidity, especially in drier months.
General Tips
Rotate occasionally for even growth. Trim any yellowing leaves and replace moss if it begins to deteriorate.
Macramé Plant Hanger
Cleaning
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For a deeper clean, hand wash gently in cool water and allow to air dry fully before re-hanging.
Display
Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent the cotton cord from fading or weakening over time.
General Tips
Re-tighten any loose knots as needed. Store flat or hanging. Avoid compressing for long periods to maintain the shape of the knots.
Bag Weaving
Cleaning
Spot clean only with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking or machine washing as this may distort the weave or warp the structure.
Storage
Store stuffed with tissue paper to maintain shape. Keep in a dust bag or pillowcase when not in use.
General Tips
Avoid overloading your bag to preserve the integrity of the weave and handles.
Kinusaiga Art
Display
Display your Kinusaiga piece away from direct sunlight to prevent the fabric colours from fading over time.
Cleaning
Dust gently with a dry microfibre cloth or lint roller. Do not use water or cleaning products on the fabric surface.
General Tips
You can frame your piece behind glass for long term protection and to keep it dust free.
Punch Needle Mug Rug
Cleaning
Hand wash gently in cool water with mild detergent such as dishwashing liquid. Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or wring.
Display & Use
Use as a decorative mug rug or display flat. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or moisture which can cause the backing to loosen.
General Tips
If loops begin to pull, gently push them back through from the reverse side using a blunt needle.
